No refunds will be issued for partially used service periods

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use deliverables for their intended purpose

Discount Garage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the previous three (3) months

19. SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
